At Harrison's Menswear we strive to ensure your satisfaction with both our products and services. We understand that you may not always be 100% satisfied with a product, in which case we encourage you to return a product to the store for either an exchange or store-credit.
In the case of a product being damaged or faulty upon purchase, we will conduct an inspection of the returned product prior to processing a refund.
Returns via post
All products may be posted in its original condition, along with all packaging and tags, within 14 days of purchase, to the store address of:

Please ensure your name, address, phone number, order number, and instructions are all included within your parcel when being returned so that we can ensure to fulfill your request. In addition, please ensure both the Harrison's Menswear address, as well as the sender's address are clearly labelled on the package.
All products being returned shall be posted at the expense of the customer. However, if being exchanged for another product, the new product will be posted to the customer shipping free.
In the event where you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will cover the postage cost. We do not offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges, or order errors made by the customer.
In the case of a manufacturing fault, please do not hesitate to contact us. Proceed to visit us in-store so that we can inspect the garment within 14 days of the date of purchase. If it is confirmed the garment is faulty, you will be credited the amount purchased via your nominated financial institution.
All items purchased that are held in-store will be delivered domestically within 2-3 business days at a standard rate of $10, via Australia Post. The Express Post option delivers within 1-2 business days at a rate of $15.
At Harrison's we pride ourselves on our vast range of labels, many of which are European. Due to our international range of manufacturers, we ask that you appreciate certain items that need to be sourced from the supplier may take longer to be delivered than others.
In the case of stock being sourced from overseas, we will notify you via email an estimated time of arrival (no more than 9 business days in total).
